The screener takes approximately three minutes. It covers your state of practice, license type, services in scope, current oversight arrangement, and estimated monthly patient volume.

This is the first step — no call is scheduled until the form is submitted and reviewed.

Norvanta reviews your submission for state eligibility, license type, and services in scope. If there is a disqualifying factor, Norvanta communicates that directly before a call is booked.

Fit is confirmed before any agreements are issued.

The discovery call is a 15-minute conversation to confirm fit before any agreements are executed. Norvanta reviews your practice structure, patient demographics, treatment scope, and existing compliance setup.

Agreements are not issued on this call. The purpose is to ensure the relationship is the right one before either party commits.

Agreement + onboarding1–3 days

Agreements executed. Practice configured. Ready to refer.

Once fit is confirmed, Norvanta issues a state-specific supervisory agreement executed digitally via PandaDoc. Your practice is configured in Norvanta's clinical system.

Everything is in place before your first patient is referred. Not assembled on the fly.

Begin referring patients. Oversight is ongoing from this point forward.

Oversight does not end at onboarding. Chart reviews are conducted periodically, documentation is maintained, and your compliance file grows from the moment you go live.
