Most physician collaborator arrangements are informal — a name on a website with no executed agreements, no chart review, and no audit trail. Norvanta provides a structured, documented clinical relationship with executed supervisory agreements, periodic chart review, and standing orders scoped to your specific services.
Norvanta operates on a monthly retainer. Pricing is discussed during the discovery call after your application is reviewed. The relationship covers medical director oversight, good faith exams, standing orders, and compliance infrastructure as one ongoing system.
Norvanta currently serves Illinois practices. Providers in other states may still submit an application to be notified when services become available.
No. Norvanta is built specifically for registered nurses operating aesthetic practices in states that require NP or physician clinical oversight. Nurse practitioners and physician-owned practices operate under different regulatory frameworks and require a different oversight structure.
